you won’t find many reasons to improve while sitting on your parents’ sofa, telling yourself everything will be fine and convincing yourself that a shit job is enough to live a decent life

just do hard things and put yourself in uncomfortable situations, take calculated risks, and push beyond what feels safe

if something makes you uncomfortable there’s a good chance it’s also something that can make you grow

comfort keeps you where you are but discomfort can show you where you could go
