All the DPCs for the group A are being conducted on or before time except the DPC for the grade of CAO, which is pending since vacancy year 2018 onwards.

In these RRs they have not followed the guidelines of @DoPTGoI

Violation of Protection Clause guideline should be viewed seriously.
