@Kinowa766 Both of those include delays due to funding issues, ROW, and corruption. So I wouldn't be surprised if the completion date goes well into the late 2030s or early 2040s.

@Kinowa766 That 2030 completion date isn't very convincing given that Vietnam has a bad history of constructing its metro lines.

Hanoi's line started construction way back in 2009, only to be completed in 2021. Meanwhile HCMC line started construction in 2012, only to be completed in 2024
