My Contract of Employment clearly states that I was an employee and any Tax / NI etc was the responsibility of the employer. [We] completed the annual Tax Returns and Loans were fully declared, to the extent that I was taxed on them

I have never had a settlement figure from HRMC, but considering other horror stories of equivalent 95% tax plus IHT in some cases. There is no option but to contest or decalre brankruptcy, hence it is a punitive tax

The #LoanChargeReview terms of reference are a betrayal of the #LoanCHargeScandal victims

The new review ignores:

- HMRC failures
- S684 notices (HMRC are still chasing 14 year + pre loan charge cases)
- APNs
- 275k current users of schemes after the loan charge was introduced
- The role of the promoters (so Doug Barrowman is safe)

Many will have voted for @UKLabour believing their manifesto re a review of the #LoanCharge - not a review of how to pay

Despite this, we have to hope & pray that @Ray_McCann55 can find hope for the 60,000 still impacted by this scandal
