BTW this problem is not with a DAW. I am having this problem using the Arrow as an audio interface for my Mac.

When I choose the Arrow TB3 as an audio interface for Skype or YouTube LIVE, the mic is always on via TB3 even when muted in every obvious place in Console. @UAudio

Why is audio coming out of my TB3 Arrow even when I have its mic channel muted and input turned all the way down? @UAudio

I know its from that mic because the output is silent when I unplug the mic.

It's via the TB3 connection, not the analog output.

Got a call back from customer service then the rep hung up on me after 10 minutes since she couldn't resolve my problem with iTunes gift card email delivery that never arrived.
