@JustEatUK ordered two hours ago. Order 1174769887 to be told on route and driver somehow “lost signal” then I get told 30 mins it’s been delivered. Sounds like the driver fancied a takeaway to me. 48 hour wait to be investigated is disgusting

@DPD_UK been waiting all day for a parcel to then be told late this afternoon no one was in so you couldn’t deliver, not even a slip through the door. I was in ALL day! Can’t even complain on your website because it says I haven’t completed all fields, all fields were completed!
