@TheHyland3r @bryan_johnson Ever since Ive developed low b1, my heart rate is high. That's a classic sign of b1 isn't it. Rapid heart rate and dilated vessels. Like any wear and tear. In the day its broken and repaired at night. But if the healing<damage in day, Idl adds up; stress causes rapid heart rate.
