@AmazonHelp originally 11/26

[ReMANd Beard Co @ReMANdBeardCo]

@AmazonHelp turned over to Internal Investigations for "further investigation". Offered to refund shipping cost. 0 on when I might get order

[ReMANd Beard Co @ReMANdBeardCo]

@AmazonHelp I work in shipping. On the rare occasion a customers order is lost, I pull the product off my shelf and overnight or same-day it

[ReMANd Beard Co @ReMANdBeardCo]

@AmazonHelp it got lost within one of your warehouses, so I can't blame the carrier. Yes I have, no help there.

[ReMANd Beard Co @ReMANdBeardCo]

Wtg @amazon . How do you LOSE AN ORDER?! Sophisticated shipping my ass. Shopping small from now on. #waytofail #lostfaith
