@lfeatherstone @esbagshaw @hnjsamuels This is not true. Local authorities have 5 year targets. Many failing, meaning nppf para 11d is engaged, a presumption in favour of permission. This is a direct result of having targets, Without it, thousands of houses would not be built each year, as councils actively avoid!
@DeborahMeaden @MrFixerHQ That comment really lacks awareness of the issue. It's the government not addressing agricultural runoff and water companies not dealing with treatment. Developers or anyone seeking to build a house is held to ransom.
During our busy summer of projects, we have also enjoyed trips to the beautiful White Eagle Lodge and the impressive @BatterseaPwrStn and @ballymore Nine Elms developments, also fun office BBQs. Interested in joining our active, friendly and sociable office? See our bio for link.
@Natures_Voice What contribution does new housing make as a percentage compared to agriculture or failing water companies would you say? And is legislation to protect and mitage proportionate to the relative percentage contributions?
@Debbie_Tann@michaelgove The rules were ill focused. Agricultural activity from fertilisers, animal waste and slurry is the main contributor to the issue alongside the failure of water companies to invest in infrastructure, ending up discharging sewage into rivers. What's being done about that?

@andymatthews Been waiting for something for 25 years for the mighty club, can't see it happening! Have never seen a good addition pastiche or contemporary in Bath, people struggle how to respond. Even Parry's job is a bit of a miss.
Congratulations Chanida Barrett for passing her part 3 exams to qualify as an architect. Chanida has worked tirelessly towards her final qualifications and has grown immensely in confidence and experience during the long process towards becoming an architect. Well done Chanida!
@CoppiceJT Pv's on a house a few doors down. More concerned with the impact of crazy paving on the next door house in this conservation area than a few innocuous solar panels!
