@BlueCheese608 The Clinton tax brackets is what we were using before Trump's tax cuts, and it didn't prevent the income inequality. Trump's tax cuts cut the top bracket by 2.5%, the middle class brackets got 3-4% cuts. So the largest cuts were for the middle class, not the top earners.
