“At a time when we should be focused on the human tragedy taking place in Gaza & Israel, Starbucks is instead taking every chance it gets to bash its employees as supporters of hate and violence without any concern for truth — or consequences.” -Lynne Fox

@CurvyMermaid617 @SBWorkersUnited There aren't any union shops in that area... YET! But feel free to show your local baristas you support them should they choose to organize ✊🏻🤘🏻
🧵: In a decision issued today in Thryv, Inc., the Board clarified its make-whole remedy to ensure that workers who are victims of unfair labor practices (ULPs) are compensated for all direct or foreseeable financial harm suffered as a result.

As Facebook, Amazon, Twitter, Stripe, Shopify, Lyft, Netflix, and Microsoft lay off workers, let it serve as a reminder that free snacks, beer kegs, and ping pong tables are not real perks.
Do you know what is? Being part of a union that will defend you.
McDonald’s workers from Serbia are standing with @SBWorkersUnited! Union-busting is disgusting in every language. Baristas and fast food workers are not backing down. We will win our union and win the right to organize. #baristasunited#fastfoodglobal
BREAKING: Workers at 110+ Starbucks stores are walking out on strike this morning.
They’re protesting Starbucks’ refusal to bargain with @sbworkersunited.

1. Today, over 100 Starbucks stores are on strike in the US, organised by @SBWorkersUnited. It’s the biggest coordinated action by Starbucks workers,(so far!). This follows as more than 250 US Starbucks have unionised in historic action.
I'm proud to stand with Starbucks workers on strike today across the country. CEO Howard Schultz is illegally union busting and firing workers for organizing. Mr. Schultz, it is time to recognize the stores that unionized and negotiate with workers in good faith. #RedCupRebellion
Standing in solidarity with over 100 union @Starbucks stores across the country today. ✊✊✊
Happy #redcuprebellion to you all.
With love from Reading, MA
“While Starbucks has accused various outside groups of interfering with unionization efforts,” they wrote, “it is Starbucks who is weaponizing access to essential health care to intimidate and discourage employees from organizing.”
House Democrats just sent a letter to Howard Schultz blasting Starbucks for its "strategy of union-busting, intimidation + retaliation."
They say Starbucks is wielding benefits like abortion travel reimbursement as a "weapon" against pro-union baristas
