This November 6th, Election Day, Issue 3, a Substitute Levy for Reading Schools is on the ballot. There will be NO INCREASE IN TAXES. This 'substitute levy' is a SUBSTITUTE to the existing emergency operating levy that the Reading Community voted for in 2012.
