@I_ReadNews Well I figured out quite easily that he was just some neocon that wanted Tehran glassed, so ofc he wouldn't be happy with anything but.
If he were a real person, he'd be happy we accomplished this w/o boots on the ground! It's that simple!
@Danvir47@st_louis_stan@Reboticant Iran themselves requested a lid on the deal until Friday, what does that tell you about how the Iranians think about it?
@shotpianist Iran, at its peak armaments and readiness only managed to kill a dozen servicemen. They failed to shoot down any planes, they failed to sink any vessels and they failed to protect themselves and their most important people.
They lost and they can't fight back anymore.
@PhenomAnon_X The first 3 points are what entails ending hostilities and the money is contingent on Iran behaving. The Gulf States have no interest in a revanchist Iran and will close that spigot immediately if Iran fails their end of the bargain.
As for objectives...

@FistedFoucault Objectively speaking, we didn't. There were some missed goals maybe but currently Iran is dirt poor with very little ability to project force with most of the IRGC top brass totally annihilated and any significant relief is tied to the Gulf States with their *very* short leashes.
@PhenomAnon_X Ending hostilities is not a "retreat", your take simply isn't based in the reality of the situation. It completely ignores the massive pain the US inflicted on Iran at minimal costs.
@aragik3n MC is good. She's simple but can get really good damage for most content but she'll fall short to all the premium options. I think her 4th is Ardelia/Lifeng?
@RazorFist I imagine intelligence concluded that whatever supplants the IRGC would be more aligned with the civilians anyway and dropped a civilian uprising
@AnalyticaCamil1@Punished_FZ Remember that all of that oil was discounted and from very CCP friendly nations. Now they need to import from the more US-Aligned nations and buy more from their existing exporters, both costing them more money and making the new current supply lines less secure and over reliant.
@AnalyticaCamil1@Punished_FZ Losing 15-20%~ of your oil imports (remember Venezuela) in under 6 months is a significant kneecapping. Just look at Asian/EU markets and crude prices over there. Their control over this oil was once guaranteed. The Arabs and even Russians can be fickle partner's.
@AnalyticaCamil1@Punished_FZ For a guy called "Analytica", you sure missed the part where Iran was a significant supplier of cheap oil to the Chinese. What do you think Chinese warships and fighters run off of, rice?
