It’s right for @OctopusEnergy 2 increase ur DD just before ur payment is due which forces u in2 having 2 email them 2 demand not 2 take a higher payment? They wanted to increase by £102 when we r £500 in credit. The current DD always covers the bill?

@vintedUK absolute joke… post pictures of an item that clearly isn’t damaged then the buyer clearly was to large for the item and has split the seems etc so claims it was damaged on arrival even though the original photos shows it was fine then Vinted finds in the buyers favour!

@itvMLshow I was back billed well over 12 months old & I took it 2 the ombudsman they initially found in my favour but then the energy company said no they don’t agree and the ombudsman then allowed it so they did not rtn my money!! The ombudsman representative woud not reply 2 my messages
