1] We suddenly witnessed confusion in the PF party. Party is now technically dead.
2] Weeks before the elections, the PEP party discovered their party (which they believed was correctly registered) was registered as a Church.
3] Recently, we saw a video where a party official proudly said βnikuchivala chi partyβ, insinuating that a named opposition party can be closed.
4] A group has been accused of being militias, arrests made, but surprisingly, some members of that group have been spared. Only strong candidates in that group have been targeted.
5] Spared members are now declaring the election free and fair.
Look, these things donβt happen by chance. They appear to be deliberate efforts to dismantle the opposition.
If successful, this could lead to a one party state.
All well meaning Zambians should condemn whatβs happening!
