I've had an epiphany today.

I'm burned out and something needs a change.

Cutting my hair, changing my look for the umpteenth time, getting hurt in the ring every week reminds me why I left the sport in the first place years ago.

I am immensely proud of my time as Alex Steel, but I'm 33. I want to retire with my back in one piece and with both of the knees I was born with. I want to be a mother! I wanna feel the sand between my toes, and learn to windsurf in Brisbane!

@LocalSoundwave Shayna is an INCREDIBLE submission wrestler. Legitimately one of the best alive - pulled off the first televised Twister submission. I'd dare say she's more skilled than Ronda, who frequently shot for the arm or choke.
