@dumbfuckancap That is fine. I'm asking about the hypothetical people and the consequences they might face for specific behaviors. I'm sorry if this thought experiment causes emotional discomfort for you. I'll drop it.
@bajadobe@scumbagdotdll What are the tolerances like between boards?
It probably doesn't matter either way. I've walked across bridges in the forest swaying back and forth on the posts that could probably be pushed over if you tried and survived.
@dumbfuckancap Oh good you do understand consequences exist and are external.
So do you understand why a home builder wouldn't be held responsible for a tenant, but the day-to-day manager of a drug bazaar would be held responsible? By those external forces.

@NamelessVisage@CptAncapistan Who benefitted besides Ross and his family? The country? Libertarianism? A second person with an excessively long sentence for their crime?
I appreciate your empathy based argument but it does not move the needle.
@dumbfuckancap@AnCapShow Right but if you start and operate a drug bazaar you'll probably go to prison and that isn't the same as building a house and selling it to someone who starts and operates a trap house.
@NamelessVisage@CptAncapistan Freeing Ross was a pet project that accomplishes nothing of substance. Ross would go back to prison if he started silk road again because it is still felonious behavior. It reduces libertarianism to the position of begging to let criminals off easy.
@NickolaTemple@bgetsbetter@CptAncapistan FreeRoss was a pet project and has absolutely no impact on anything that matters. Good for Ross he is out, but it achieved nothing of substance.
