In this cohort, we included 446 NSCLC patients who underwent different NGS panels at the National Cancer Institute of Mexico, 65% had no history of smoking. PFS was significantly longer in patients with actionable mutations treated with targeted therapies (19.4m P.001) than in patients without actionable mutations (6.4m) or not treated with targeted therapies (6.6m). Similarly, OS was significantly longer in patients with actionable mutations treated with targeted therapies (89.7m P < .001) than in patients without actionable mutations (17.1m) or not treated with targeted therapies (22.3m). An important step toward improving the clinical outcomes of patients with NSCLC is to ensure wider access to broadmolecular testing and targeted therapies so that patients receive the most appropriate treatment. @Ecaballep @AndresFCardonaZ @UToracica https://t.co/6xNsjs3SNb
