@DanielPriestley I’m not being hyperbolic when I say listening to this was life changing . Yougave me permission to spend most of my time on my social media content (not X ironically 😂) rather than thinking it was wasting my time (as a business owner) and just 2 days later I have loads of leads!
@GetTheFabulous very disappointed that i have had no response from my request for a refund after free trial. So difficult to cancel then STILL had 2 x payments taken from my account for £35 and £25. TBH feels very scammy. Please refund immediately!

This is the 3rd time I’m retweeting this but another thought; this puffed up little Lord is addressing someone who arrived on the Kindertransport - his response is vile at every possible level, including its insensitivity towards & disrespect for Lord Dubs, who is visibly shaken.
Terrible service from @squarespace who when i contacted them here, sent me a link back to the website i was complaining was unable to help me! Please can i have an actually human being to help me?!

@ThreeUKSupport i can’t believe that you are refusing to cancel a sim only contract after 18 days! When did it change from 30 days cooling off period? Why was t i told? Ive been with you for over 20yrs as have the rest of my family- terrible customer service. Will leave ASAP
@monzo indescribably disappointed in your service. Having championed you from the beginning i could not feel more let down. Ive been trying since weds 5th April to speak to someone and have had no help despite sending around 20 messages
