100% agree! I was actually helping the family before she came marching on the plane at 4:50am telling me I did something wrong/ my seat had changed/ yelled at me when I asked how I was supposed to know (my boarding pass says 14D). Not exactly the customer service I expect… 🤷🏼‍♀️

Wow, @united - is it a new policy to tell loyal premier travelers they’re in the wrong seat (even though they have a boarding pass with the seat they’re sitting in) and that a family takes priority? I paid for an aisle seat, not a window, not a middle, not the back row.
