Fragment 1.4.0-alpha01 has two big features: multiple back stacks (usable even if you aren't using Navigation!) plus a new Fragment StrictMode, designed to catch anti-patterns and deprecated API usages at runtime as a second layer of defense after Lint.

Interesting feedback loop: the less meetings I have, the more likely I am to get into deep focus and therefore completely forget I have a meeting coming. Less meetings => even less meetings.
