DOCUMENTS
• NIN
• Passport photograph (white background)
• Birth Certificate or Attestation of Age
• Local Government Certificate of Origin
• Marriage Certificate (if you’re married)
• ATM card (for online payment)
Note: You need to scan all these documents. You can download a scanner app from the Play Store or Apple Store to do this.

3. Make payment at the final stage of the application.
4. After payment, book your capturing appointment. Choose a convenient date and centre close to you, then print your acknowledgment slip.
5. Go for capturing on your scheduled date. Be early and be polite. If you’re asked who did the registration for you, confidently state that you did it yourself, based on @BTOofficial the Minister of Interior’s directive that passport applications can be done online. Be firm.
6. After capturing, wait for approval and notification. Once approved, you’ll be informed when to come and pick up your passport.
THINGS TO DO IMMEDIATELY AFTER BUYING LAND
You’ve paid, collected documents, even snapped picture on the land. Now what?
1. Do a Deed of Assignment – It transfers ownership to you legally. Don't skip it.
2. Register your land – At the Land Registry. If it’s not registered, the law may not protect you.
3. Get your own survey done – Even if the seller shows you theirs. Be sure what you paid for.
4. Fence it, or at least mark it – That bush is someone else’s goldmine if left open.
5. Keep al your documents safe – Scan copies and keep originals secure. No go dey look for "photocopy" in 10 years.
Buy land like a future landlord, not a learner.
