I packed in a house without knowing that there's accumulation of NEPA arrears when they were still using Estimated/Postpaid meter.
Before I packed in prepaid was already mounted.

After a year, if I recharge my meter, NEPA will take everything without giving me token. I went to EEDC office, they said the meter is owing arrears of 270k.

They gave me option of collecting 50% of every recharge I made. I informed my Landlord, he said nothing concern him in that matter. What can I do in this kind of situation?
