Here are a few things I wish I knew when starting my business and things I have learned along the way...... This thread will be updated along the way.

This is the ONE strategy that’s made:
• Amazon a trillion-dollar company
• Taylor Swift a billionaire
• Your local laundromat worth a million
Any business owner who doesn’t know this model is leaving money on the table.
Here’s how it works:
@Codie_Sanchez I feel like depends how you use it. I used it for years late night to slow my brain down to go to sleep when working on projects. Would wake up feeling great. D1 athlete and owner of multiple businesses.
Haven’t posted in a while really went all out of a few things and the results are amazing. Not back in the market for buying a few franchises or service based businesses in Long Island or east coast Florida.
Haven’t been on that much but company has been growing. We just paid off a ton of machines and only debt will be building mortgage. Feels like such a great place to be. Going to use extra cash to purchase expansion in 2025.
After 5 years of trying to do a joint venture with someone we are finally working together. Just needed to find the right situation and what works for everyone.
@SouthwestAir want an easy way to make fake people stop preboarding. Anyone claims they need extra assistance just gets off the plane last. They wait until everyone else gets off then a southwest member helps them off. I have seen so many people that “need assistance” then run to baggage claim and carry multiple bags out. This also gives people that really need assistance time to get off easy with the help from a crew member without being rushed by the rest of the crowd.
Set ambitious goals, but remember that success is a journey, not just a destination. Celebrate each milestone along the way, and enjoy the process of growth and evolution.
