Over the past few days I have heard a number of very sober, well-reasoned commentators on the political right talking about the midterms and related polling.

They uniformly speak about the House already being a lost cause for the GOP, and they focus on whether the GOP can hold the Senate.

Things do not need to be this way. Trump won in 2024 by large margins. The only reason that cannot be repeated this fall is if YOU—the average Trump voter—decides to let it happen.

I know, I know, I know. Trump has not made all of your hopes and dreams come true in two years’ time. You think he has done nothing, even though he has had profound victory after profound victory in areas like immigration and downsizing the federal government. You have your pet issue that has not been satisfied to the extent you demand, so you want to “Stay home and send them a message.”

Yes the GOP sucks. It’s a heinous mess of self-interest and failed status quo maintenance.

But the only thing worse is the Democrat Party.

We are running against LITERAL COMMUNISTS who want to abolish the Senate, pack the Supreme Court, add two new deep blue states, open the borders to unlimited immigration and succumb to creeping Sharia and jihad in order to literally destroy the nation. (Plus, they will spend the next two years impeaching Trump and everyone in his orbit, fully defeating what you voted for in 2024.)

So you have two choices. It’s a binary choice, there is no third option:

1. Vote for doing everything we can to pursue MAGA even if that’s not perfect.

2. Stay home and become ruled by literal Communists who want you dead.

Choose.

We can still win this fall, we just need the will to do it.

Below, I have collected every bad faith argument in favor of the surveillance state, handed out to influencers during this paid op, and why each one is retarded. I put my heart and soul into this. Please enjoy.

1.) “If you have nothing to hide you have nothing to fear”

•This is retarded because it continues to treat a nationwide, searchable movement log as harmless even after officers have used it to stalk ex-girlfriends and the system has produced armed stops of innocent drivers.

2.) “They only catch criminals and find stolen cars or missing kids”

•This is retarded because it ignores that the default is photographing every passing vehicle, not a targeted warrant, and that alerts have already sent police after the wrong people.

3.) “Cameras are already everywhere so Flock is no different”

•This is retarded because it pretends a privately operated, AI-searchable national network with inter-agency lookup that bypasses due process, is the same as a local traffic cam or your neighbor’s doorbell.

4.) “Cities own the data and Flock is just a vendor”

This is retarded because audits showed federal agencies searching local plate data and Flock toggling national lookup without cities knowing.

5.) “Audit logs and purpose fields prevent abuse”

This is retarded because it is offered as a complete answer after officers typed “investigation” and still ran plates of girlfriends, and after the company itself later added tools because the old ones failed. The “safeguards” are just mandatory discipline for making their tyranny look bad.

6.) “It’s just a snapshot at a fixed point, not tracking”

•This is retarded because it is the legal talking point even though the product stitches those snapshots into paths, heat maps, and person-level files. It is warrantless dragnet, and it’s been unconstitutional for 60 years.

7.) “Critics just want to defund the police or normalize lawlessness”

•This is retarded because it recasts bipartisan privacy pushback and contract cancellations as a partisan conspiracy instead of answering for the actual access and misuse record.

8.) “Retention is only a few days and we don’t sell data”

•This is retarded because the selling point of the product is a shared national lookup of those same records and any civilian can walk off the street and get a job with access to that data.

9.) “It doesn’t collect personally identifiable information”

•This is retarded because not only were plates matched to owners, but the company built tools to jump from LPR to person.

10.) “It isn’t a search because it doesn’t open your door”

•This is retarded because logging every car into a queryable database is the modern version of a general warrant: rummage first, invent a reason later, and the 4th amendment was the answer to general warrants.

11.) “Phones already track you so Flock is fine”

•This is retarded because the state building a warrantless dragnet is not excused by the existence of private, voluntary apps and contracts that you can refuse or self regulate.

•This is retarded because warrantless dragnet is not constitutional.

13.) “Flock just helps catch real criminals”

•This is retarded because selling a total location archive as enforcement is how you launder a dragnet. It’s trading our essential liberty for temporary security without our consent.

14.) “Opponents are just being dramatic or paid to hate tech and America and missing kids.”

I’m sick of pretending this is a functioning country with a functioning government.

Congress is not “divided.” It’s not “gridlocked.” It’s not “just politics.” It is a criminal class of 535 people who have spent decades selling this country piece by piece while lecturing the rest of us about democracy, values, and the rule of law.

They pass spending bills they don’t read. They pile debt on people who weren’t even born yet. They take money from foreign interests, lobbyists, PACs, and industries they regulate, then act shocked when anyone calls it what it is: influence-peddling.

They protect their own. They investigate their enemies. They never investigate themselves with the same hunger.

The worst part isn’t even the money. It’s the moral rot. A government that can lecture parents, churches, and working people about morality while shielding predators, burying files, redacting names, and treating elite sex-crime networks like a scheduling inconvenience has no moral authority left. If the same evidence, the same flight logs, the same sealed names, and the same “we can’t comment” stonewalling applied to anyone outside their class, those people would already be in prison. For this crowd, it becomes “complicated,” “ongoing,” or “not the right time.”

Foreign interference isn’t some abstract threat they discovered last week. It’s a business model. They take the money, take the trips, take the talking points, then wrap themselves in the flag and tell you anyone who notices is a conspiracy theorist.

They will fight harder to protect their donors and their secrets than they will fight to protect the border, the budget, or the people who actually pay for all of it.

I don’t hate “government” as an idea. I hate this government, the one that treats citizens like a revenue stream, treats accountability like an attack, and treats the most disgusting crimes as a club you only get punished for if you’re not connected.
No more polite language.

No more “both sides” anesthesia. If Congress had a shred of honor left, they would open every sealed file, name every protector, cut the foreign cash pipelines, and submit themselves to the same laws they impose on everyone else. They won’t. That’s the point.

They are not public servants. They are a protected class. And the country is rotting under them.
