Most people are not going to calculate the consequences of ignoring that which they won't acknowledge.

3 States of Logic

Logic exists in three states, Current State, Ideal State, and Nominal State.

Current State Logic (CSL) pertains to what we are dealing with in the here and now. Because of it's real cost implications, it is the most important state of logic. CSL argues reason from the current state of things. "Given the way things are now, it's a good idea to own a firearm."

Ideal State Logic (ISL) pertains to the ideal state of things. Because it is largely a theoretical ideal with less immediate implications, it has a lesser weight to it than CSL does. "In a perfect world, we wouldn't need firearms."

Nominal State Logic (NSL) is a theoretical state of logic where CSL and ISL have become one and the same. CSL takes precedent over ISL, but ISL always sets the destination. If NSL is achieved, it resolves both CSL and ISL simultaneously. "Nobody needs firearms anymore, but there is also no point in taking them away, because nobody is getting hurt by them."

If we understand this, we will see that humanity is gridlocked in scenarios where CSL is butting heads with ISL, and this should never be the case, because CSL always takes precedent.

@VKs_Host New Jersey is really a mothership. It's gonna take off soon.

Halfway through her pregnancy, a young mother learned the baby boy growing inside her would not survive outside her womb.

She carried him for another four months knowing that for as long as he remained inside her, she could keep him safe.

Peter James Raridon was born September 11th.

His mom Anna and dad Eli, a rookie tight end for the New England Patriots, learned during their 20-week anatomy scan that Peter had anencephaly, a fatal condition affecting development of the brain and skull.

Instead of preparing to bring their first baby home, they spent the remainder of the pregnancy loving him while knowing their time together would likely be painfully short.

Anna says she is grateful she got to love Peter, protect him and be his home for nine months.

Then she wrote the words that absolutely broke my heart:

“I have loved you every second of your life & will miss you every second of mine.”

Anna and Eli are leaning heavily on their faith, believing their son’s life had meaning regardless of how brief it was and that their goodbye is not forever.

One of the images they shared shows Peter’s tiny footprints inside a Bible.

A reminder that this little boy was here, he was deeply loved, and he will always be their son.

Please pray for these young parents and for every mother and father who understands the heartbreak of loving a baby they never got to bring home.

@jsolomonReports @FBI I take back the shit I said about you. But I still mad about the lack of Epstein Island arrests.

@TomFitton “widespread promotion of euthanasia”

It's that right there. We need to investigate why that is. We need to go over that with a fine tooth comb and see where that is coming from and who is behind it.

@ELMAGAIN ❤️

[ELM22.0 @ELMAGAIN]

My love-dammit girl. ❤️
This is Zammis.
She is 17 years old.
She was my brother Zac's girl. Zac was a Purple Heart combat veteran, and when he came home from Iraq, not all of his wounds were visible. He struggled with PTSD, and Zammis helped him in ways I don't think anyone will ever fully understand.

She was his companion. His comfort. His constant.
This little brindle girl helped save my brother in so many ways.

But she was never just Zac's dog to me. I loved her, and she loved me too.

In 2014, I took one of Zac's favorite pictures of her. I had taken Zammis, my dog Bailey, and my parents' dog Fig out into Bogue Sound at low tide to play. I caught her running through the water toward me.
She looked like she was flying.

I haven't seen Zammis in three years.

She's an old lady now. Her beautiful brindle face has gone gray. She recently had a stroke, and they didn't think she was going to make it.

Tonight, I walked through the door.

She knew me.

There was no hesitation. She crawled into my lap right there in the doorway and loved on me.

Three years, and my girl knew exactly who I was.

Later she walked away from me. I asked my stepdad if he still used her old commands. I already knew the answer before he told me no.

Zac was the one who taught me to use “place” with dogs. I carried that with me and taught it to my own dogs.
So I looked at her and said:
“Zammis. Place.”
My 17-year-old girl turned around, came straight back to me...
and placed herself right back in my lap.

She knew.

She heard a language from another part of her life. She remembered who loved her. And she remembered who she loved.

I hope tonight wasn't the last time I'll get to love on her. I hope I get another visit. But she's 17, and I know what that means.

So if it was our last time, I will carry this with me:

In 2014, young Zammis came flying through Bogue Sound toward me.

Tonight, that sweet old body couldn't fly anymore.

So she crawled into my lap instead.

My love-dammit girl. ❤️

Thank you for loving my brother.

Thank you for staying beside him when the war followed him home.

Thank you for remembering me, sweet baby.

I remembered you, too. 🐾🪶❤️

So you may as well just stand against it.
