@realhansard Just from my experience, it depends on what you're trying to make. I sometimes make clarified butter in bulk and basically only lurpak makes a good end product. But for most other purposes it will be hard to tell the difference

@thechosenberg My parents basically did this with a hotel they ran, it was at no point profitable and leached heavily off of their main jobs/businesses but they kept it for over 50 years just because they liked providing a nice service to visitors in the area for a good price.

@harapeko11 I think it comes, in part, from BAE being really scared to make the same mistakes they made with their 5th gen proposals which were way too radical in the 80s and 90s and ultimately lost out to F35 completely. Their p.125 was meant to not have windows in the cockpit for example.
