In Utah, the legal battle regarding men playing on women’s sports teams has come to a definitive end. Under HB 11 from 2022, it is now established law that men are prohibited from participating on women’s teams.

Utah recently learned that the commission element is no longer necessary, and the lawsuit challenging this ban has been dismissed with prejudice. I want to sincerely express gratitude for my many colleagues who helped get us here!
