@BBCRadioManc In the 6pm news report about the tragic death of a young child due to a dog attack, the wording was that the dog was 'destroyed'. Why can't it be worded as 'put down', you wouldn't say a prisoner on death row was 'destroyed' regardless of what crime they committed.

@BuryCouncil @NHSBuryCCG @NCAlliance_NHS Hope there were no vaccines wasted today, we followed online advice and arrived at the end of the day to try to help avoid wastage and receive our second jab early. We were not only turned away but spoken to rudely by the chap 'on the door'. Made to feel like a hindrance.
