@dvgamerica@kirk_bado Are you trying to say that Democrats are cheap except for when it comes to spending other people’s money on bad policies? Who are the other people paying for their bills? I need to know lol I expect a well reasoned response by EOD tomorrow.
My mom and I have been going to movies here for close to a decade and every time she mentions the bustling haven it was in the 90s and used to host “the greatest food court ever.” It also used to have an Express that I got at least 30 camis from. Iconic city spot.
Aww I remember going there as a kid to buy Christmas presents. Years later in college my friend and I smoked weed surreptitiously and then went to go see ‘Another Earth’ there. Some stores were closed but it wasn’t dead. Surprised and delighted the theater is still around.
The Taco Bell finger pointing is a psyop to redirect attention from the real culprit, the deregulation and lack of oversight in our food supply. pass it along and live más comrade
Lorenzo Salgado Araujo, 52, was fatally shot by ICE agents yesterday during a traffic stop in Houston, TX. He was a father, husband and business owner who had been in the country for 35 years.
While the full story is still unfolding, we demand a full, transparent, and independent investigation. Our communities deserve to be safe and free from gun violence.
This has all the signs of a racial profiling stop gone wrong. This man had lived in our country for three and a half decades, peacefully and working hard to help Americans, when ICE stopped him on his way to work and then killed him. It never needed to happen.
Yep was in line for 2 hours and then got turned away as soon as we reached the entrance. Smithsonian metro station shut down and converted to shelter. That ofc wasn’t communicated - you had to wait in the line to go to the Metro station before being told latter. Great work guys!
Today, while responding to a medical emergency, our members discovered temperatures inside an elderly resident’s home exceeding 90 degrees.
After ensuring the patient received the emergency medical care they needed, the crew wasn’t finished. Thanks to our incredible community partners at Cool Down St. Louis (@HeatUpSTL), they secured an emergency air conditioning unit to help make the home safe & comfortable.
Service isn’t always measured by the emergency itself. Sometimes it’s measured by the extra step taken after the call.
Every call. Every day. Leaving things better.

The real reason Europeans don't use AC is their insistence on using Centigrade. They may know, intellectually, that 42 is really hot, but the number just isn't big enough to convey the level of danger. They should use the bigger numbers, for their own good.
