Utah Election Fraud Update:

👩‍⚖️ In the Rule 60(b) Motion To Open Discovery: Attorney @goud4utah points out, “In a hearing before the Government Records Office (GRO) on October 7, 2025, Assistant Attorney General (AAG) Scott Cheney represented to the GRO … that the [@UtahAG ] continued to investigate improprieties with Spencer Cox’s signature petitions in October 2025. Based on … Cheney’s representation that investigations were ongoing, the [Director] denied Mr. Clara’s GRAMA [appeal] for a list of names . . . on the @GovCox 2024 signature list.”

5⃣ Then Goud underscores the contradiction, “During the call with [Assistant Attorney General] … Peterson, she represented that there was a total of five investigations into signature fraud that involved Governor Cox’s 2024 signature petitions. She further stated that the AGO had provided all five of the offense reports during the meet and confer. Contrary to AAG Cheney’s claim, none of these investigations were ongoing in October 2025.”

🎱 Perhaps, recognizing that they are not good at telling lies to cover up other lies, the AGO “proposed to allow [me] to view all of Governor Cox’s 2024 nominating petitions as part of an effort to resolve the remaining disputes in this lawsuit”.

🐝 This will be a major milestone in this battle for TRUTH, if they make good on this proposition.
