@greateranglia Can you confirm for the 18:08 from Liverpool Street whether I should be in front 5 or rear 5 for Cambridge North?
Info on platform said only front 5 would stop at Cambridge North.
Announcement on train says rear 5 for Cambridge North.
It is confusing.

When the train divided at Cambridge the front 5 departed first then the rear 5 just went to Cambridge North so the announcement was correct. Can driver make an announcement?

@greateranglia Thanks. Presumably the front 5 form the 19:31 from Cambridge and the rear 5 form the 19:34 from Cambridge so they both stop at Cambridge North?

@GNRailUK we have an advance ticket for 22:24 to Cambridge North. Due to heat we changed travel plans - can we travel on 21:24 instead please. Appreciate it's non refundable, but extenuating circumstances. Thanks.

@greateranglia @sabrina_k_s Hello. The delay repay claim form only allows you to select season tickets, not single journeys. What should we do? 'Other Season Duration' doesn't work for a single day.
