@ianherbs @ianherbs please help us all understand why Marcus Rashford (out of England squad and country) has been highlighted

[Robert Lee @RealRobertLee]

Still waiting just to complain. #nobus #noupdates #no343 @TfL you suck

[Robert Lee @RealRobertLee]

#tfl @TfL the worst service and customer service.in the world

[Robert Lee @RealRobertLee]

Waiting for a bus for 20 minutes. No updates, tfl bus times not working, journey planner not working. Now gotta hold to speak to them

[Robert Lee @RealRobertLee]

I reckon @DWP and @CitizensAdvice care more about you not helping me get to an interview. Isn't that the whole point of @JCP_Peckham???

[Robert Lee @RealRobertLee]

This all happened because of a change in the law. But your adviser didn't feel it necessary to inform me of @JCP_Peckham

[Robert Lee @RealRobertLee]

So JSA is to help you FIND a job. But get an interview and @JCP_Peckham and Alpesh don't wanna help you. #doublestandars

[Robert Lee @RealRobertLee]

@CitizensAdvice is it possible you could help as @JCP_Peckham don't seem to care if I miss my job interview

[Robert Lee @RealRobertLee]

@JCP_Peckham funny how on the phone they told me about funds available to help. Alpesh just wanted me to piss off

[Robert Lee @RealRobertLee]

@JCP_Peckham that's right refuse to help. Personally told this by Alpesh- manager of the branch.

[Robert Lee @RealRobertLee]

@JCP_Peckham is the fist job centre to refuse to help someone

[Robert Lee @RealRobertLee]

So seems like @JCP_Peckham left me in the lurch because I didn't read the fine print

[Robert Lee @RealRobertLee]

@HSBC_UK_Help so unless you can resolve this I'd rather take my problem public

[Robert Lee @RealRobertLee]

@HSBC_UK_Help branches are only for open accounts and info cannot be sent directly to branch for collection

[Robert Lee @RealRobertLee]

@HSBC_UK_Help this is regarding refusal to send me info asap as needed for new job. All parties have refused to do so.

[Robert Lee @RealRobertLee]

@HSBC_UK_Help also received sarcasm n been chastised by your call centre manager today so what's the point. You've made your position clear

[Robert Lee @RealRobertLee]

@HSBC_UK_Help no point. Spoken to countless staff over last week unwilling to help speed up process. I'll just make my complaint public

[Robert Lee @RealRobertLee]

@spokesmansaid well suddenly @HSBC_UK_Help want to talk to me. Please advice how to go about making this as public as possible
