@BrianQuintenz Hardly innovative. It’s simply exchange betting which has been around for years. What is innovative is the large set of balls needed to conduct illegal gambling out in the open.
@jackikotkiewicz The "flaw" in your system is UNFIXABLE. Your system is S**T. There are plenty of commercial geolocation systems out there that work just fine and have been vetted by regulators. But that's the catch there isn't it? @Kalshi doesn't want to be regulated. Sorry chump, it's required.
Soo Kim told me that Bally's is going to take a hard line on VLTs because it violates the agreement they signed to build a $1B casino. Here's the first step to the city agreeing with him.

@CarolinaDerby Always a red flag. Geolocation is very complicated. You can't just decide to do and it's ready to go the next day. Typical of @Kalshi to fuck something up that is readily available, LICENSED, and dependable.
@Domahhhh@DustinGouker@Kalshi The fact that @kalshi accepts bets that are truly compromised is just one thing. The fact that they are violating many laws in states and countries by accepting illegal sport bets is the main issue, however.
@RichardSchuetz3@Kalshi@NCPGambling@VictorRocha1 Anyone with connections to the previous executive director has been purged, I'm sure. He had integrity. The new group just lost theirs completely.
When @Kalshi paid $12M for a membership when $15K is the "premier" cost, there was a price to pay for the @NCPGambling . They are now promoters of prediction markets. They have sold their soul for a few bucks. Shameful. @RichardSchuetz3@VictorRocha1
