Using the word hatred as a label for legitimate political and cultural grievance is a leftist tactic and aimed at shutting out dissent. It no longer works, however.
@SullyFootball 5th round pick Bassa great special teamer and been decent when stepping in on D, 7th round pick (these picks rarely even make the roster), Brashard who has gotten plenty of playing time, 5th round pick Nourzad a serviceable backup, and the guy who stunk at LT and is a GREAT LG
@SullyFootball Adjusted for value of where they got picked. I would say he hit on Gillotte, Nohl, Bassa, Brashard, Kingsley, Hicks, Nourzad, and Conner. Unfortunately, he doesnt draft well in the first round. But then again, very few teams consistently do. He makes up for it with mid-late value
White dude drags him out of the street as soon as he's out so he doesn't get run over and hurt. Black guy would have stomped on white guys head seven more times.
I think EA has discovered the method:
1. Revive a beloved game franchise.
2. Capitalize on nostalgia and hype to make an absurd amount of money on the first release.
3. Deliver 0 additional content on future titles until the hype dies and people stop buying annual releases.
4. Microtransactions
5. Rinse and repeat.
@bburkeESPN@_chaseforbes They haven’t. The best coaches are not any more analytical than they were 15 years ago. Context matter. Sure, 51% of the time they may get the 1st down. But what’s the value? 99% of the time, It’s not worth the negative value that the 49% provides by not getting it. Pretty simple
