@LNRailway What is going on at Tring. First it was a service every 30 minutes, which is usually what happens after a problem. Then it turns out the only trains are at 6:53 and 8:25. Useless.
@LNRailway I commute several times a week between Tring and a zone 1 tube station. Since contactless was introduced earlier this year I’ve been charged £24 p/d. This week I’ve been charged £38 for the same journey at the same time. Can you explain? I’ve seen no communication.
@LNRailway Hi. I get that there is a track fault, meaning a platform is out of service at Tring, meaning trains can’t wait and reverse. But why is the 7:50 reduced from 12 to 4 carriages!! Crazy…
Hi @MySabaUK Just paid for parking at Tring station on your app, which charged me £37 for a weekly ticket. Your website and app still say £33.50. What’s going on?
@LNRailway Yeah did that. Spoke to two people in an overseas call center and ended up being transferred back to the IVR options again. Anything else I can try?
@LNRailway I’ve just tapped my Smartcard on my phone to see if I’ve got any days left on my flexi-season ticket and it’s immediately activated for today. How do I de-activate a day?
