854K people saw my last post and I’m so grateful for everyone who supported me. Unfortunately, I still haven’t heard anything back from @TeamYouTube beyond a generic reply they sent me in January.

My 10-year gaming/tutorial channel with 800+ videos was removed on Jan 17 with no warnings or strikes, and all videos were monetised. When this happened, I appealed through the Studio dashboard and it was denied in under a minute. After around 50 emails back and forth, all I’ve been told is “spam/scams/deceptive practices” from Creator Support with no specifics provided. In 2016, my channel was terminated under the same category and later reinstated following a manual review.

This channel means a lot to me and all I want is a real human to review it so I can put this behind me and get back to doing what I love = creating videos.

We're slowly but surely getting there...

It's been 102 days since my channel was wrongfully terminated for links that aren't even on my account.

I've officially contacted 3 legal bodies in Europe to submit a complaint against YouTube and am now awaiting investigations.

In 2025, over 3 million channels were falsely terminated, of which @TeamYouTube reinstates thousands daily.

Conclusion? The system is broken. The YouTube internal team knows it, @reneritchie knows it, we all do.

Please @nealmohan, it's time to go.

Hey @TeamYouTube my channel Neonight has been demonetized AGAIN for "Harmful content involving minors". This is a recurring automated error.

As shown in this quoted tweet, my channel was already manually reviewed and fully cleared for this exact issue. Since then, I’ve only uploaded 3 videos of the same content: Friday Night Funkin' mods and gameplay featuring fictional in-game characters.

There are no real people, minors or dangerous acts involved, just music and gameplay. This is hurting my channel despite following all policies. I kindly request a manual human review. 🙏

I have officially filed a LEGAL Complaint against @YouTube in Europe.

Over 3 million channels were terminated by AI systems in 2025.

Hundreds are reinstated daily because these automated systems are flawed.

Thousands are not, with most remaining terminated despite being innocent.

In my case, I am still a victim and slowly forced to move to TikTok or Instagram.

It's been 83 days since my project "EnvisionDeep" was terminated for "Spam/Deceptive".

I don't have a single link posted on my channel.

Countless rejected appeals, based on the fact that my channel was already thoroughly reviewed once.

The original investigation? It was done in less than 5 minutes.

I got a response today from @TeamYouTube, and I respect their decision.

I truly hoped for a second chance, but at the moment it doesn’t seem possible. I want to clarify that my intention was never to copy other creators one to one. Every video I posted involved my own work, editing, and time, and I always tried to add my own input to the content.

At the time, I genuinely believed the format I was using was allowed, especially since similar styles exist across the platform. I now understand that even without copying directly, the approach I took may not have aligned with YouTube’s policies.

If someone from YouTube ever takes another look at my case, I want to emphasize that I’ve learned from this experience. I’m willing to change direction, improve my content, and do things the right way moving forward.

How can my channel More Boardz get demonetized when there are absolutely ZERO public videos on it? I haven’t posted a single thing in over a year! To avoid any possible problems, I went ahead and deleted every Public video before this hit. This is my livelihood, and it supports my whole team’s livelihoods too I think it’s a total error. Crazy part is it won’t even let me appeal! Can we please get a real person to manually review the channel? I’m at a loss for words
