Petersen just said that he would enter into a 287G agreement with ICE.
Right now there are ZERO agencies that have an active Task Force Agreement since the Pinal BOS sued County Attorney Miller.
PINAL COUNTY SET TO VOTE ON A HUGE DATA CENTER: It’s hard to call a process “public friendly” when people have to wait from 9:30 in the morning until after 2pm just to speak for a few minutes. I feel bad watching senior citizens who have waited ALL day to speak.
If these issues are truly important to the community, they should probably have standalone meetings or public comment should be moved up earlier in the agenda instead of being placed near the end of a 20+ item meeting.
