Why is it impossible to contact @British_Airways on a Sunday evening? Chatbot, advertised as open until 22:00 is offline. No phone numbers listed are answered, several are not even in service!

Ordered an advent calendar from Amazon. Delivery was by @SEUR. Got email saying I'd received it when I was out. Amazon status says its delivered. No sign of package, no note to say I can collect it anywhere. Tracking on the SEUR website just says 'delivered'.

If you want a bank that doesn't care and has no customer support, use @ING_es , if not there are many other options. I know I'll be changing as soon as I get access to my money returned.

Having issues with @ING_es thought I'd share. They blocked my account in error. The person in the branch admitted as such, but couldn't unblock. Told me it would be fixed later that day. It wasn't. (1/7)

@language_nerds_ In British English the difference is in the use of the definite article. I'm in hospital means hospitalised, in the hospital is the same as at the hospital. Same for in prison (serving time) vs in the prison (physically there, not incarcerated), in school (a student)...
