@phelps_cody Pitching would’ve got us to the supers if the staff could be efficient and now throw 60 pitches in 2-3 innings of work. Too many 2-2, 3-2 counts.
@Warchant@FSUBaseball The off season needs to consist of getting off the trackman and getting back to teaching how to throw good pitches for strikes and how to hit strikes. Too many bounced balls and balls to the backstop off the mound and too many taken pitches at the plate.
@phelps_cody I don’t know why we pulled Arnold and I’m also not sure why we pulled C Whit. Then after they smash lefties, we go right back with two at the end. Idk man.
@posethehose Coach, I have looked all over to find something like or similar to what you use during games that folds and fits in back pockets. when heading out for mound visits/looking at info in the dugout. Where can I find one? I’d love to use during our high school season.
The product you see on the field in this Georgia vs Florida State game is a direct representation of what you get when a team gets snubbed from the CFP and you tell the kids the games they play don’t matter. Opt-outs ruined the game.
As an alumni I have earned the right to say that our fanbase reaction to the CFP snub is justified and understandable. With that being said I believe the players and staff reaction has been far more effective. They have found a way to move forward and get better. Complaining and whining gets us nowhere.
I believe this is an advantageous situation for The Seminoles to be in because of the way we will respond. We are the most talked about brand in CFB and this will serve as the villainous origin story for the expanded playoff. Noles by 87,000
This represents the first time in the 25 seasons dating back to the BCS Era that an unbeaten P5 team was not given an opportunity to play for a national championship
Games don't matter.
It's not a playoff, it's an invitational.
And ESPN protected its brand.
