I’ve had it with @Uber . I contemplated switching to @lyft so many times, but it’s finally time to do it. I put in my destination 3 times in Uber and the app automatically changed the address, the driver was so confused and drove to two stops the app automatically put in.

@Uber_Support Again no solution by @Uber. How does their support staff not see the issue in their own statement. Maybe if they had adequate service this issue would be resolved. THE APP CHANGED MY INPUTED DESTINATION THREE TIMES CAUSING MY TRIP TO =$43 I WAS NOT TAKEN TO CORRECT LOCATION 2x

@Uber & their automated messages on the Help Chat responds saying “sorry that YOU put in the wrong destination but WE can’t help you” what? Uber and their customer service is horrific. I deleted them before since the FlightBan at JFK. I should’ve never given them another chance.

What was supposed to be a 10 minute ride to my job ended up being a 55 minute ride for almost $45. My @Uber driver took my phone and saw himself that the app was glitching and changing the destination constantly. 1 HR LATE TO WORK. I informed Uber about this and they did nothing
