@flyonbieber@JayC_Hi This is the correct diagnosis. Opzelura works MUCH better than hydrocortisone though, and you don't have to worry about using it long term.
The amount of acceptable tardiness to a meeting is ~15% of the meeting length. If we're having an all day offsite working meeting, you can be an hour late. But if we're having a 15 minute introductory call and you're more than 2 minutes late? We're done here.
@Bguzel I think you're right about the revenue trend, but the fun is in the profits conversation! SaaS is 90% gross margins, AI is closer to -90% gross margins. The implications of this are not widely appreciated (yet).

SaaS startups suck because you can be copied freely. But they're great because each unit you sell is pure profit.
Hardware startups suck because every unit you make costs money. But, they're great because they are hard to copy.
AI startups have all of the disadvantages of both, and none of the advantages of both!

Many believe that the AI boom (and eventual bust) is analogous to the dot com boom and bust.
It has more similarities to the early 1900s automobile boom.
Promises of a new world, many companies spread across the value chain, huge capital expenditures, etc.
Most companies -over 500 of them- died. Only ~5 companies *ever* made any profit.
The boom still changed the world.
Humanoid robots have the intelligence of a 2 year old, and the physical ability of an 82 year old. An 80 year age gap.
For mainstream viability, the age gap must close. A 30 year olds intelligence AND physical abilities is ideal.
Boston dynamics atlas squeezed the physical age down but with no luck on intelligence (so far).
Tesla is focused on intelligence and planning to leave the robot at ~retirement age physically (for now).
What is the correct combination of ages to win the market?
When selecting software tools, it's important to reference the chart. Open source is tempting because it's free, but which do you give up in exchange??
Today, Tesla's FSD kept me out of the hospital, and itself from being totaled!
The worst feeling is that I didn't see it coming. This video is the vehicle in FSD creeping into an intersection at a light that has been green for ~1 second already, and the car spots a speeding driver planning to run the red light! I didn't see it and was even wondering why the car stopped - I never would have seen it coming and would have been hit! The car stops and the speeder blows through the red light, instead of T-boning me like they would have if I had been driving manually.
This is the first time I've felt it might be safest to only supervise the car's driving, instead of driving myself.
