I bought a Kimber Ultra Carry II years ago. It was unusable. It would jam every 3 or 4 rounds. I polished the feed ramp and inside of the chamber, made a very small chamfer on the forward edges of the locking lugs on the barrel, replaced the extractor with a Wilson Combat extractor and switched to Wilson Combat magazines and made sure it was lubricated properly when assembled.
