You cancel an order after 20 days of non-delivery after I complain just because you realised I had placed it at a much lower price! Either be ethical and deliver the products otherwise shut shop and don’t lie about DYNAMIC PRICING - it’s a scam at Cred!
@CRED_support Noted on the message received on DM. As mentioned by you, I will wait for a call with a resolution plan. Appreciated if there is an acceptable solution and you deliver the product because this is otherwise a clear consumer fraud from your side and I will definitely take action!
@CRED_support As responded, expect you to deliver the product at the price at which I bought rather than give an excuse of unavailability because you’re now selling it at 5x.
Be ethical and if you can’t, shut shop!

It’s a month since I filled the form for refund on 3 PNRs. What I’ve received is 5000 for one PNR and nothing else for the other two! I guess you’ve forgotten to process these!! You’re mandated and also the 10K voucher which you had committed - stop cheating
