Poor customer response. No professional turned up for the booking and no refund of the cancellation.
No communication within half hour of the booked session either.

Pathetic experience. Poor customer service who only want to close the ticket with no resolution reached. Partner double charged the courier fee from both parties. Customer care keep closing the case (3 tickets raised for the same issue without any solution).
