Grateful for our streets being safer
In Belvidere alone:

-Aggravated Assault
-Fraud and Forgery of Checks
Child molesters. Murderers. Kidnappers. These are just a few examples of dangerous criminals who had been residing in communities across New Jersey’s Seventh District.
Thanks to the work of @DHSgov these individuals have now been arrested — and our neighborhoods are safer because of it.
Public safety must always come first.

Homeownership has long been a cornerstone of the American Dream, yet it has become increasingly difficult for middle-class families to achieve. In New Jersey, where housing prices and property taxes are among the highest in the nation, working families are increasingly being locked out of the market.
That's why I introduced the Make American Housing Affordable Act with @RepMackenzie. This legislation would create a new tax credit for Americans purchasing their primary home, a crucial step toward lowering the barrier to entry, restoring opportunity, and strengthening the path to homeownership for American families.
We must take steps to make buying a home more affordable - I support the President’s proposal to help make that happen.
Right now, first time homebuyers, young families, and middle class families across New Jersey are being priced out of their own communities. This proposal is a big step to bringing down costs so generations of families can afford to stay in our state.
It’s simple: homes are for families, not mega corporations.
Hey Mikie. Tell me you’re not from Jersey without telling me you’re not from Jersey. You know what, don’t worry about it. You remind us of it every day in ways big and small.
Breaking: Mikie Sherrill was prohibited from walking with her class at the U.S. Naval Academy commencement ceremony in 1994 as a punishment connected to a cheating scandal that implicated about 130 midshipmen in her class.

Charlie Kirk was assassinated for his ideas. That’s hate. I’m writing the first of its kind law to bring to justice anyone who uses violence to punish, deter, or silence people for their political expression or participation. @FoxNews#republican https://t.co/DlzuzKCT9y
I’ve introduced first-of-its-kind legislation to classify politically motivated violence as a hate crime in #NJ. No one should fear hate-fueled political violence for peacefully expressing his or her opinion. @FoxNews@NJSpotlightNews@NJSenateGOP https://t.co/Vp7b0TDe92
This is the leadership we needed and now have after yesterday’s inhumane murder of Charlie Kirk. I commend Senator Steinhardt for drafting this legislation to protect against politically motivated murders, as well as protecting our first amendment rights

The political assassination of Charlie Kirk that happened in Orem, Utah is a disgusting and vile act that has no place in our country.
Political disagreements should be settled with words, not a bullet to the neck.
I’m praying for Charlie’s family, friends, and our country.
