@FirstBankngr @mrandmrsmuscle I used a POS machine on the 18th February, I was debited 2000 twice, making it 4000, and the transaction declined.
I made another transaction on 3/3/23, I was debited 2000 again.
Making it 6,000. No reversal till now. I have sent mails and dms no response.
