NFL teams just IGNORING their kicking woes while kids sitting at home, working out, kicking 100 balls a day just for a chance at a tryout. Yet, kickers who get routinely cut from rosters for not being able to compete, continue to get resigned by GMs.

Is FG accuracy at 50+ yds less important than a 75 yd kickoff?
I don't know one ST coach who cares more about 75 yd kickoffs than making 55 yd game winning FGs.
