तीन नए आपराधिक कानूनों से देश की न्याय व्यवस्था तीव्र, पारदर्शी और सिटीजन सेंट्रिक बन रही है। आज पश्चिम बंगाल के सिलीगुड़ी में मुख्यमंत्री श्री @SuvenduWB जी व अन्य वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के साथ प्रदेश में इन कानूनों के क्रियान्वयन संबंधी समीक्षा बैठक की।
ई-साक्ष्य, ई-समन और i-Prison जैसे डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म, 7 वर्ष से अधिक सजा वाले अपराधों में अनिवार्य फॉरेंसिक जांच, ज़ीरो FIR और तकनीक के उपयोग वाले ये तीन नए कानून बंगाल में सुशासन और त्वरित न्याय का नया अध्याय शुरू करेंगे।

তিনটি নতুন ফৌজদারি আইন দেশের বিচারব্যবস্থাকে আরও দ্রুত, স্বচ্ছ এবং নাগরিক-কেন্দ্রিক করে তুলছে। আজ পশ্চিমবঙ্গের শিলিগুড়িতে মুখ্যমন্ত্রী শ্রী শুভেন্দু অধিকারী মহাশয় ও অন্যান্য ঊর্ধ্বতন আধিকারিকদের সঙ্গে পশ্চিমবঙ্গে এই আইনগুলির বাস্তবায়ন নিয়ে একটি পর্যালোচনা বৈঠক করলাম।
ই-সাক্ষ্য, ই-সমন এবং i-Prison-এর মতো ডিজিটাল প্ল্যাটফর্ম, ৭ বছর বা তার বেশি সাজাযোগ্য অপরাধে বাধ্যতামূলক ফরেনসিক তদন্ত, জিরো এফআইআর এবং প্রযুক্তির সর্বোচ্চ ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে এই তিনটি নতুন ফৌজদারি আইন পশ্চিমবঙ্গে সুশাসন ও দ্রুত বিচার প্রতিষ্ঠার এক নতুন অধ্যায়ের সূচনা করবে।

अहमदाबाद के रामोल में पटाखा फैक्ट्री में हुई दुर्घटना अत्यंत दु:खद है। इस हादसे में जिन लोगों ने अपने प्रियजनों को खोया है, मेरी संवेदनाएं उनके साथ हैं। घायलों को हर संभव चिकित्सा सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई जा रही है। उनके शीघ्र स्वस्थ होने की कामना करता हूं।
