Sometimes, I wonder how much of my life would be different if I had been braver at the right moments. The conversations I avoided, the opportunities I overthought, the people I never approached,. Regret is a strange thing because it makes you mourn lives you never actually lived.
Detach. Detach. Detach. Let it end. Move on. Stop chasing what keeps hurting you. stop begging for what should come naturally. Accept what you cannot change, release what no longer chooses you, and protect your peace. Not everything deserves another chance.
I don't want a relationship where we have to pretend everything is okay just to avoid an argument. Talk to me. Be annoyed. Be honest. But don't punish me with silence and call it peace.
Looking back, I cannot think of a single situation where my gut feeling was completely wrong. There were always little signs I noticed before I understood them, feelings I tried to dismiss because I wanted to believe something different. Maybe intuition does not always tell the whole story, but I have learned not to ignore what my heart quietly notices.
I’m going through a phase right now where I think I’m finally learning how to let things go. The feelings I’ve carried for too long. The people I’ve outgrown. The fears that kept me stuck. The memories I kept revisiting and the things I kept holding onto, even when they no longer belonged in my life. I’m realising that letting go doesn’t mean it didn’t matter. It means I’m finally accepting that some things were only meant to be part of my story, not the rest of it. And honestly, I think I’m ready for something new. New beginnings. New chapters. New people. New experiences. More laughter, love, spontaneous memories and moments that make me grateful to be alive. I’m done looking back at everything I’m leaving behind. It’s time to move forward and make room for everything I haven’t experienced yet.
Hardest pill i’ve had to swallow this year so far was learning that no matter how good you can be to someone, no matter how long you’ve been there for them, no matter how much you love them.. that they CAN & they WILL turn their back on you & there's nothing you can do but detach
I think we underestimate how important it is to choose a partner whose lifestyle is compatible with yours. Love matters, attraction matters, chemistry matters. But eventually you’re sharing mornings, weekends, money, habits, families, stress, health, responsibilities and thousands of ordinary decisions. You’re not only choosing a person. You’re choosing a way of living.
I honestly have no remorse for people who fumble someone like me. I make it too easy because I'm easygoing, I show care and I'm very genuine with my intentions. BUT once you think you're bigger than the program I remove you respectfully!
Life is too short to allow mediocrity in our lives...
I finally understand why some people go silent, stop posting, and disappear from social media. Sometimes life gets so real that you stop documenting it and simply start living. Being unseen starts feeling more peaceful than being constantly perceived.
PLEASE avoid eggshell type of relationships, can't express yourself, can't be yourself, can't be straight forward, can't be comfortable, can't talk like adults, can't be heard, can't respond with love without it actually turning into something negative...
@AditiRajasthan Doubt can be useful when it keeps you questioning assumptions. The real danger isn't uncertainty. It's becoming so confident that you stop looking for evidence you're wrong.
Healing requires obedience. Freedom requires action. Do you want to get well? The real question is, are you willing to do what God is asking you to do? Change the way you’re seeing yourself. Not a victim, not a failure, not an addict, but a free, blessed, healthy, victorious person. Getting well starts with you. You do your part, and God will do His part.
Sleep tonight! The same God who fed thousands with five loaves and two fish can breathe on what looks small in your hands and make it sufficient for the assignment ahead.
